Is Drake set to work with the legendary songstress/rapper Lauryn Hill? A recently released snippet with Drake and Hill’s vocals have piqued the interest of hip-hop fans.

Hill’s son Joshua Omaru Marley shared the clip on his Snapchat with the caption, “Drake X Mom” and “Nobody has this but me.” Marley has since deleted the post.

In the song titled “Showin’ Off”, Drake raps “You’re showin’ off, but it’s alright. You’re showin’ off, but it’s alright and it’s a short life.” A sample from Hill’s hit record “Ex Factor” can be heard in the background.

Neither Drake nor Hill have commented on the track. It’s unclear if the 6 God simply sampled the track or if he and Hill have plans to collaborate. In the meantime, Hill has plans to hist the stage again. The Fugees rapper will headline Pitchfork Festival in Chicago this July.
